The Development Review Board (DRB) is appointed by the Selectboard and approves commercial permits and site plans, hears appeals of zoning decisions, and considers conditional use and variance requests.
The DRB will hold regular meetings the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall.

I. Call the meeting to order
a. Introduce DRB Members to the attendees, declare any Conflicts of Interest, establish rules of procedure
II. Review the Meeting’s Agenda, revise as necessary, or approve
III. Reorganizational Meeting (Chair and Vice-Chair) [First meeting of the DRB after Town Meeting.
IV. Swear in interested Parties to the Public Hearing:
a. Open the Public Hearing:
b. Application # 24-02: (Wallingford Village Market, LLC.) Conditional Use to “Open a Village Market consistent with the site plan attached to permit”. [Construction permit for the general layout of market under permit #22-45.]
c. Receive New Testimony
d. Receive Public Comments
V. Enter Deliberative Session (if necessary).
VI. Exit deliberative session.
VII. Close the Hearing, and/or give Instructions to Z.A. OR continue Hearing to a specific set date, time, and place
VIII. Approve Minutes of 29 November 2023, 24 January 2024, and 21 February 2024
IX. Open Meeting to Public Input (time limits may be imposed)
