The Development Review Board (DRB) is appointed by the Selectboard and approves commercial permits and site plans, hears appeals of zoning decisions, and considers conditional use and variance requests.

The DRB will hold regular meetings the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall. A hearing has been scheduled for Wednesday, July 17, 2024. at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall.

Wallingford Development Review Board

A Development Review Board (DRB) meeting has been scheduled for
Wednesday 17 July 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Office (75 School St. Wallingford, VT) to review the following:

Application # 24-15: (Katie and John Cacace) Conditional use of building for short term rental in ARR Zone.
Application #24-16: (Tamara Musto) Permit to operate restaurant at 15 South Main Street.

Interested parties are requested to sign the attendance register at Hearing or have submitted written testimony by Close of Business 4.30 PM 16 July, 2024 to Zoning Office or they may forfeit their right to appeal any decision of the DRB to the Vermont Environmental Court. A complete copy of the applications (24-15 or 24-16) are available for review at Town Zoning Office. Any questions or correspondence may be directed via email to ZA at zoning@wallingfordVT.com.
