The Development Review Board (DRB) is appointed by the Selectboard and approves commercial permits and site plans, hears appeals of zoning decisions, and considers conditional use and variance requests.
The DRB will hold regular meetings the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – WALLINGFORD DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
A Development Review Board (DRB) meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday 18 March 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Wallingford Town Hall Offices (75 School St. Wallingford, VT).
An appeal of Zoning Administrator’s Decision has been filed against permit application #26-03. (Juliana Carter) “Conditional use permit for short-term rental.”
Interested parties are requested to sign the attendance register at Hearing or have submitted written testimony by Close of Business 4:30PM 18 March 2026 to Zoning Office or they may forfeit their right to appeal any decision of the DRB to the Vermont Environmental Court. A complete copy of the application is available for review at Town Offices. Any questions or correspondence may be directed via email to ZA at zoning@wallingfordVT.com.
