The Development Review Board (DRB) is appointed by the Selectboard and approves commercial permits and site plans, hears appeals of zoning decisions, and considers conditional use and variance requests.
The DRB will hold regular meetings the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – WALLINGFORD DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
A Development Review Board (DRB) meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday 16 July 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Office (75 School St. Wallingford, VT).An appeal of Zoning Administrator’s Decision form has been filed against permit #25-14. (Conley) to erect a non-working windmill at 2788 Rte 7, Wallingford VT. Interested parties are requested to sign the attendance register at the Hearing or have submitted written testimony by Close of Business 4:30PM 15 July 2025 to Zoning Office or they may forfeit their right to appeal any decision of the DRB to the Vermont Environmental Court.
