A Rheumatoid Arthritis Support Group is held the first Monday of each month to share stories, provide support, suggest strategies, etc. We meet on the first floor of the RSVP/FGP/One-2-One office at 6 Court Street – next to Grace Congregational Church. Community Health Diabetes Support Group is held the second Wednesday of every month there’s a place where you are welcome to talk about diabetes, ask questions of diabetes educators and give your ideas, thoughts and support to anyone who is affected by diabetes 

Community Health and Rutland Regional Medical Center’s Diabetes & Endocrinology Center have joined together to organize the monthly program 1-2pm at the RRMC Diabetes & Endocrinology Center

Another program intended to keep Seniors active and healthy is the “Bone Builders” program held at the Gilbert Hart Library on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30 a.m.
