Vertex-Vermont Towers, LLC, has filed a 60-day advance notice to submit a petition to the Vermont Public Utility Commission for a wireless telecommunications facility at 100 Seward Hill Road, East Wallingford, VT.

They have arranged to conduct a Visibility Demonstration by floating a balloon raised at and to the height of the proposed location on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2025 from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon, weather and wind conditions permitting. Because it is difficult to predict the weather so far in advance, in the event of inclement weather on December 2, 2025, the Visibility Demonstration will be rescheduled to the next day and each successive weekday (not weekend day) until weather and wind conditions permit a successful demonstration.
