In 2014,Governor Shumlin signed a bill amending the state’s Open Meeting Law. Among the new requirements, a town must post meeting minutes to the municipal website no later than five days after the meeting. The town of Wallingford will make every effort to adhere to the new requirements. However, that means minutes posted within five days of a meeting will be in draft form until the public body meets again to review and approve the document. Once approved, the draft minutes will be removed from the website.
