Foot and blood
pressure clinic on the first Wednesday of each month at 10:30 a.m. at the Wallingford
House.
Remember
Seniors’ lunch every Monday at Noon at the Rotary.

Senior Program:
There
will be no bus trips (grocery or otherwise) until further notice.
We
will hold bingo on the 2nd Monday of each month at the Rotary, following lunch.

prevent unwanted Phone calls, enroll in the Do Not Call Registry at www.donotcall.gov
or call toll free 1-888-382-1222. Registry is good for five years.
Many activities and programs are
available for older Wallingford residents, and the Wallingford Seniors group, in
cooperation with the Southwestern Vermont Council on Aging, is trying to get the
word out.
Another program intended to keep Seniors active and healthy is the “Bone
Builders” program held at the Gilbert Hart Library on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30 am.
People interested in playing Whist gather at the Library every other Friday at
7:00 pm. For more information, please call Carol
Pratt at 446-2843.
