WALLINGFORD’S SEMIQUINCENTENNIAL

The first meeting for organizing Wallingford’s 250th celebration was held March 22nd.  We had a
tremendous turnout and brainstormed many ideas for the
town wide picnic to be held August 28th at the boy’s camp.

As of this writing, the picnic will start at 2 and events (schedule to follow) will end at 7.

Various groups in town will provide (for a nominal fee) chicken, drinks,
salads, pies, cakes, ice cream, etc. There will be children’s games, music, singing, etc.

We are also planning a town wide yard sale and walking tour for Saturday (August 27th).
