Town Plan
The Wallingford Planning Commission completed work on the Town Plan in the summer of 2004. The Wallingford Selectboard approved the plan on July 19, 2004. The Rutland Regional Planning Commission approved the plan on September 21, 2004. Hard copies of the plan (including maps) are available at Town Hall at a cost. This is a five-year plan and has expired.
