Members present: John West, Ann Tiplady , Bob Soule, Derek Farmer, Ed Crelin and Ben Clark

Others present: Amy Loomis, Zoning Administrator  

7:04 pm John West Chairman, called the meeting to order.  

Derek Farmer made a motion to approve the minutes from July 13, 2009, 2^nd by Ben Clark, Passed.1 abstention, Ed Crelin.  Bob Soule made a motion to approve the minutes from August 8, 2009, Ed Crelin 2^nd, passed with corrections.  

Flood Regulations:

Currently the Town of Wallingford has adopted the minimum requirements.  Ann Tiplady made a motion to reintroduce the flood Regulations for further review and discussion at next meeting. Ed Crelin 2^nd.

• Email to all members the letter sent to the Selectboard requesting further review and the current flood regulations.

Storm Water Drainage:

Does the Wallingford Planning Commission need to manage development under one acre? Currently the State of VT requires a permit for disturbances of an acre or more.

Ed Crelin made a motion that the Town of Wallingford will not regulate storm water drainage for development under an acre. Derek Farmer 2^nd the motion. John West voted in favor, 3 abstentions, Ann Tiplady, Bob Soule and Ben Clark.  

Town Plan.  Next meeting review mission (vision) statement.  

John West adjourned the meeting at 8:45.
