CHAPTER 4:
PEDESTRIANS
§3401. OBSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS & STREET'S
It shall be unlawful for any
person or group of persons to stand, congregate or gather upon any sidewalk,
street, road or highway within the Town of Wallingford, in such a manner as to
obstruct, impede, or impair the normal travel upon such sidewalk by a
pedestrian, or pedestrians, or upon such street, road or highway by pedestrian
or vehicular traffic.
