Wallingford Recreation Committee
Minutes*

October 28, 2009

Attendance:  Keith Shelvey, Tony Petrossi, Jim Osmer, Lisa Marchinkoski, Tom Phillips, Paul DiIonno

Meeting called to order at 6:45.  

Approval of Minutes:  Tony made a motion to approve the minutes of 8/12/09.  Jim seconded the motion.  Motion passed unanimously.   

Jim made a motion to draft a letter to the selectboard to clarify the roles and responsibilities of the Wallingford Recreation Committee.  Paul seconded the motion.  There was much discussion about what to include in the letter and what the committee is specifically asking the selectboard to do.  The Recreation Committee needs a written description of the roles, responsibilities and expectations of the committee.  A letter was composed that will be presented to the selectboard at their next meeting.
