            A.        Rain Garden Signage  - Shannon has ordered, not yet received the proof.

B.         Metal Trail Markers – Shannon mistakenly ordered only red markers, and will exchange them for a four color system.

C.        “Stone Meadow Park Trail Map” based upon the 2006 map.  Shannon has color coded the named trails and can reproduce this sign at 3’11” x 3’11” for the beach kiosk now in place.  At the top of the trail map and legend will be a wooden separate sign saying “ Stone Meadow Park ”, and at the bottom will be a separate wooden sign saying “ Wallingford , Vermont .”

D.        Tree Identification Markers – Ralph will work up a couple of proto-types,  posts in the ground, and mounted on trees. Wood signs will be a little less than 8” x 10”.  Ralph will buy cedar, plywood, plexi-glass. Signage will be slanted for better viewing and to deflect rain. Steve Pytlik has written up descriptions for the tree species and will flag specific trees for signage.  WCC will put in a sampling of signage this fall.

E.         Remaining Budget – Will tally up monies spent by Ralph (receipts given to Shannon for kiosk), Carol (cement, plexiglass), Shannon (filter fabric, raingarden signs), plus any other expenses to determine remaining money.

Carol contacted via email Mill River ’s woodworking class to see if they could do signage at cost.

F.         Kiosk   Made by Ralph, the kiosk was brought to the beach on October 3, and installed in place with an auger on October 10, both with WCC members (and a couple of spouses) present. Debbie took photos which will be submitted for the town newsletter.
