Attendees:

Meeting called to order at
7:15 p.m.

Minutes and agenda approved

Board Membership: The
board invited Shannon Pytlik to attend a meeting to investigate her interest in
replacing Dawn White on the board. Debbie will let the select board know that we
will submit
Shannon
’s name for membership.
(4)
The Pit: The Select board has asked the WCC to hold off on any
activities on town property. The WCC
would like a clarification of what the select board means by “town land”.
The Committee decided someone should attend a January select board meeting to
discuss future pit activities.

Membership to AVCC: The
entire WCC committee are now members of the AVCC

check on what Deb charges to do an analysis and/or to speak.
