Present:  John West; Robert Soule; Edmund Crelin, Ann Tiplady, Derek Farmer and Ben Clark

Chair John West opened the meeting at 7:00 P.M.  

B. Soule made a motion to accept the minutes of September 14^th, B. Clark seconded, the motion carried 6-0.  

Lengthy discussion followed on changes to the Flood regulations. This item will remain on agenda for further discussion.  

All agreed to leave mission statement in Town Plan as is but agreed that a lot of the historical data should be removed.  

John West adjourned the meeting at 8:40 PM .  

Next Meeting:  November 9^th  at 6:30 PM
