Present:  William Scranton ; William Brooks; Larry Miller; Robert Soule ; Melissa Whitmore

Chair Bill Scranton opened the meeting at 6:50 P.M.    

1.         Review and approval of meeting minutes of November 12, 2007  

Missy Whitmore moved and Bob Soule seconded approval of the minutes of November 12, 2007 . Motion carried 5-0.

2.         Adjourn to Selectboard Public Hearing on New Zoning Regulation  

Larry Miller moved to adjourn at 6:52 PM. Bob Soule seconded. Motion carried 5-0.  

Next Meeting:  January 14^th at 7:00 PM
