New England Clean Power Link informed the town of a 45-day notice period to comment on the company’s proposed electric transmission line that will run from Canada to Ludlow, with a section along Route 103 in Wallingford. NECPL indicated the line would transmit up to 1000 megawatts of electricity generated by renewable energy sources in Canada and delivered to Vermont and the New England grid.
