Members present: John West, Ann Tiplady , Bob Soule, Derek Farmer and Jane Krate Duda.

Others present: Tim Chila and Amy Loomis, Zoning Administrator.

7:00 pm John West Chairman, called the meeting to order.  

Jane Krate Duda made a motion to approve the minutes from April 13, 2^nd by Derek Farmer, Passed.  

Discussion on the Town Plan:

• Respect the history of the Town but look forward to the future.
• Ideas for town wide survey to include a booth on Wallingford Day.
• Wallingford Day is July 18^th.
• The Conservation Committee offered assistance with the survey. Conservation Committee member present, Tim Chila.
• Discussions of what other towns have done to get the residents involved in the Town Plan.
• Usage of Survey Monkey to assist in putting a survey together.
• Slide show presentation.
• Discussion on possible costs of mailing out surveys to ensure maximum residential exposure to the survey.

John West adjourned the meeting at 8:25.
