Members present: Lawrence Miller John West, Bill Brooks, Ann Tiplady, Robert Soule and Ed Crelin.

Others present: Amy Loomis, Zoning Administrator.

7: 05 pm John West called the meeting to order.

Bill Brooks made a motion to re-elect John West as Planning Commission Chairperson.  Larry Miller 2^nd. Approved by all members. Passed.  

Bill Brooks made a motion to approve the minutes from February 9, 2009. Larry Miller 2^nd. Passed.

A letter was submitted to the Planning Commission from Rob Barker, dated March 9, 2009. The letter was reviewed and acknowledged by the Board.  

Reviewed the Town of Wallingford’s Subdivision Regulation changes:

Subdivisions of 4 lots or fewer may require Administrative Review only.

A 30 review determination was given to reflect the standard permitting process.

Abutters shall be notified by first class mail.

Ed Crelin made a motion to accept these changes, Larry Miller 2^nd. All voted to accept changes. Passed.  

The Wallingford Subdivision Regulations will be presented to the public at a hearing on April 13^th, 2009. Copies will be available and notices will be posted 15 days prior to the hearing date.  

Larry Miller and Bill Brooks have decided not to run for another term on the Planning Commission. This is their last meeting. Names will be submitted for replacement. 

John West adjourned the meeting at 8:20.
