Present:  Bill Lohsen, Charlie Angel, Gene Gilman, Christine Davenport, Frank Bruce, and Julie Sharon

Visitors:  Jay Kenlan  

B. Lohsen called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. at the Wallingford Elementary School . 

Selectboard Orders.  Pay orders were discussed and approved in the amount of $17,273.82 on a motion made by F. Bruce, and C. Angel.  Motion carried (5-0).  

Recreation Committee Appointment.  Upon the recommendation of the Recreation Committee, B. Lohsen moved to appoint Keith Shelvey to the Committee; motion seconded by F. Bruce.  Motion carried (5-0).  

Other.  Jay Kenlan briefly discussed the town warning.  

B. Lohsen made a motion to move into executive session at 6:45 p.m. to discuss personnel; motion seconded by G. Gilman.  (Motion carried 5-0).  The Selectboard came out of executive session at 6:48 p.m. and agreed to accept the resignation of Bill Keyes, effective March 31^st.  The Selectboard would like to thank Mr. Keyes for his fine job performance over the years. 

The meeting adjourned at 6:49 p.m.
