Selectboard Minutes Index Present: Bill

and Kim Phillips B.
Lohsen called the meeting to order at Minutes.
F. Bruce moved to approve the February 18th minutes; C. Angel seconded
the motion. Motion carried (3-0). Selectboard Orders.
F. Bruce made a motion to approve the Pay Order for $20,692.10, which
was seconded by C. Angel. Motion
carried (3-0). [G. Gilman arrived at
On Call Policy – Road Crew.
The Selectboard would like to put a policy in place whereby the road crew
has someone “on call” at all times (must respond within 15-20 minutes).
Extra compensation for “on call” status as well as the timeframe for
“on call” duty was discussed. Julie
will survey other town’s policies. [C.
Davenport arrived at Security
Policy. Pursuant
to the Security Policy adopted in February 2004, the Selectboard reviewed and
approved the list of all persons who have keys to Town Hall by unanimous vote. Reschedule March 17th
Meeting. At Julie’s request,
the Selectboard agreed to move the March 17th meeting to March 24th. Correspondence. 1/9 & 1/30
Rec Committee minutes; 1/28 Conservation Commission minutes; 2/11 Planning
Commission minutes; Judicial Bureau Report of Collections for January; and
Rutland Regional Commission’s Proposed Bylaws. The meeting adjourned at |
