Present:  Bill Lohsen, Charlie Angel, Frank Bruce, and Julie Sharon

Visitors:  Dave Ballou and Bill Brooks

B. Lohsen called the special meeting to order at 8:12 a.m.

Appointment.  F. Bruce moved to appoint Bill Brooks as Lister replacing Roy Morgan, who resigned without taking office; motion seconded by B. Lohsen.  Motion carried (3-0).

The meeting adjourned at 8:14 a.m.
