Present:  Bill Brooks, Frank Bruce, Charlie Angel, Joan Crowley, Josh Gilman, and Julie Sharon  

Visitors:  Melissa Whitmore  

Chair B. Brooks called the Selectboard meeting to order at 7:45 p.m.  

B. Brooks moved to enter executive session at 7:45 p.m. with Melissa Whitmore and J. Sharon present, to discuss a real estate purchase option.  F. Bruce seconded the motion.  Motion carried (5-0). The Selectboard returned from executive session at 8:15 p.m. with no action taken.  

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
