Members present: John West , Ann Tiplady, Ben Clark Bob Soule and Derek Farmer  

Others present: Shannon Pytlik  

7:00 pm John West Chairman, called the meeting to order.  

Bob Soule made a motion to approve the minutes from June 8th, 2^nd by Derek Farmer , Passed.  

The Planning Commission discussed the rewrites of the zoning applications. Once the draft changes have been made it will be emailed to all board members for review.  

The survey will not be ready for Wallingford Day.

The main purpose of the survey is to get input from residents especially on controversial issues.  

Copies of the current Town Plan are needed for all members.  

If the current Town Plan is adopted “as is”, it will still need review to ensure informational references are correct.  

The Conservation Committee has offered to assist with any necessary changes needed for the Natural Resource section of the Town Plan. They would also like to participate in the survey.  

There was a problem with the agenda for July 13th. Items were skipped and missing altogether.  

Jane Duda -Krate gave her resignation prior to tonight’s meeting.  

John West adjourned the meeting at 8:46.
