Members present: John West, Derek Farmer , and Ann Tiplady  

Others present:  Peter Hathaway, Zoning Administrator  

7:03 pm John West called the meeting to order.  

Unofficial Planning Commission minutes of November 14, 2011 were reviewed.  Derek made a motion to approved minutes, Ann 2^nd the motion. Motion passes.  Passed by all.  

Discussion:

·        Town map colors wrong?

·        Day of Town plan hearing.

·        Begin review of Zoning

·        Form based Zoning

·        Quick email to RRPC

o       Have a person come to meeting to discuss zoning regulation changes

·        Ann brings in shiny new books on zoning and loans one to the ZA

·        Article 5-2 amount of $2,000 discussed

o       Increase or eliminate

·        Email Current regs to members

Meeting adjourned at 8:03 pm.
