Call to order at 6:42 p.m.

A.
Watershed Grant Status
Shannon
has report for Julie
All but $40 spent, the remainder to be used for large trail map,
brochures
Wooden signs ready to be picked up at Green Screens
Joyce thought $300 of grant was to pay town road crew (not covered)
Will ask local photographers for photos of Stone Meadow for brochure
On large map, will also label Waldo Lane, Route 140, Lake Elfin Access
Will ask if town can print trail & walking trail brochures if we pay
for ink
B. Green-Up Day
Preparations
Jillian, chair, was not present. Carol will help upon her return.
Ralph is the contact and ordered more bags this year
Increase awareness in March & April (local news, transfer station,
etc)
C. Town Meeting Display
Debbie will make foamboard display on easel, with photos of activities

A.
Wildlife Travel Corridors Tracking Seminar in Salisbury
– February 19
B.
RNBC Tree Sale (Small seedlings;
Shannon
knows source for large trees)
Will consider after steep slope has been reclaimed for new plantings.
C.
AVCCVT Tiny Grants ($250-$500)
Grant for signage not needed, as there are enough extras
Not needed for birdhouses, as can build at Kenlan workshop
Carol will write draft grant (March 1 deadline) for trail/walking
brochures
Grant for mowing fields in Stone Meadow, moving gravel for fill by well
D.
New members for the WCC, as we have openings.

Programs and activities
Community work day to clean up Stone Meadow

250th Anniversary – Coordination among town groups?
Spring speakers on Gardening, Edible Wild Foods
The meeting was adjourned at 8:12 p.m.
