minutes of Jan. 10, 2011 were reviewed.
John W. hands out his work on
the town plan which is four written pages and 17 maps.
General discussion included:
- Peter Hathaway updates the committee on his change in hours
- Peter Hathaway updates on the Phillips Storm water
permit to the

- John W. explains how he got the maps.
- Committee reviews the maps.
