Call to order at 6:37 PM.

Approval of the minutes of November 22, 2010

Stone Meadow Development Updates
A.
Rain
Garden
Grant was funded by fees from conservation license plates, which we should
recognize.
B.
Budget
* Julie has receipts, so we do not know the exact balance yet, but
roughly $300-$400 should remain of
uncommitted, unspent monies.
Shannon
will get from Julie a more exact amount.

Based upon remaining money, Ralph will order cedar and other supplies for
birdhouses, small float, extra plexi-glass
for kiosk and signage.

January 15 is the deadline for the wood signs.

Shannon
has the master completed for the kiosk trail sign, will have made 4 full size,
and 100 small tri-fold trail maps.
C.
New watershed grant has been submitted, will hear back in couple of
months.
D.
WCC is interested in the reclamation of Stone Meadow.
4.
Town Report (Due January 14,
2011)
A.
Carol will send draft to us for review, which will include recognition of
others who have helped the WCC, possibly a photo.
B.
Budget for WCC from the town is $1,500 ($1,000 to match the grant and $500
annually budgeted)
5.
Green-Up Day, May 7, 2011
A. Jillian’s “Golden
Egg” hunt, local donations
B. Increase awareness by
articles in local newsletter March and April, posters at the transfer station.
6.
New members for the WCC, as we have openings.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM.
The next meeting will be Monday, January 24, 6:30 PM at the
Town Hall.
