Memorial Blood Drive
Please join us at the Sam Pelkey Memorial Blood & Bone
Marrow Drive on 3/11/14 from 12:30 to 6:00 to be held at Mill River Union High
School. Representatives will be there from the Red Cross and the Bone Marrow
Donor Program as well, and we are encouraging you to bring food donations for
the Community Cupboard in Rutland. Please help us remember Sam and to give to

the joy of restoring movement to all areas of your body while learning how
to unravel the restrictions
produced from daily life; with 8 different yoga instructors, on the

The classes and workshops of "The Sampler" are open to those who
are new to yoga, as well as, those who are looking to grow an experienced
