- Germany to Switzerland
Join the Friends of the Gilbert Hart Library in Wallingford on Wednesday, May 14th for a canal trip presentation on Germany’s Rhine River and into Switzerland.
Lowell and David Klock will share with us their unique journey by canal boat along the Rhine through Cologne and Koblenz where we will view centuries-old castles perched high on mountain tops, and then continue by train and bus toward Heidelberg and into Strasbourg, France before crossing the Swiss border. Our travels will end with visits to Lucerne and Zermatt.
We will meet in the Klock Room downstairs at the library at 7:30 pm. Call 446-2685 for further information.
