Members present: B. Clark, D. Farmer, A. Tiplady and J. West

Members absent: E. Crelin  

7:10 pm John West called the meeting to order.  

Unofficial Planning Commission minutes of June 14, 2010 were reviewed. D. Farmer made a motion to accept the minutes as written, B. Clark seconded motion passed.  

B. Clark made a motion to enter executive session for personnel issues A. Tiplady seconded, motion passed.  

The committee came out of executive session at 9:00 pm. D. Farmer made a motion to recommend Peter Hathaway be hired as the zoning administrator seconded by A. Tiplady motion carried with B. Clark voting no.  

All other agenda items tabled until next meeting.  

Meeting adjourned at 9:12 pm.
