Members present: Ed Crelin, John West, Charlie McClafferty and Larry Miller  

Others present: Lorelei Stork, Doug and Linda Reeves, Matt Dutko, Amy VanNostrand, Phil Baker, Chris Schwebabair and Amy Loomis, Zoning Administrator.  

7:05 Ed Crelin called the hearing to order.  

Charlie McClafferty made a motion to approve the minutes from the hearing on July 29th, Lawrence Miller 2nd. Passed by all.  

Public Hearing for Lorelei Stork
2- Lot subdivision
Permit # 09-19
Location: 1220 Route 140 West, Wallingford Vermont  

Purpose:
To subdivide a 16.4 acre lot into 2 lots. Lot 1 4.0 acres and Lot 2 12.4 acres.  

Discussion on the 10 foot right of way.
With only a 10 ft right of way how can the property be developed? (access and power)
The current access is not wide enough for emergency vehicles.
Permission to upgrade the access to a 20 ft right of way has not and will not be given by the abutters.
Upgrades have been made to the existing 10 ft right of way.
The DRB agreed to further study the right of way issue.  

8:45 pm Ed Crelin adjourned the meeting.
