Members present: Ed Crelin, John West, and Larry Miller  

Others present: William Lohsen, James Regula, Rose Regula and Christopher Schmelzenbach, Zoning Administrator.  

7:05 Ed Crelin called the hearing to order.  

John West made the motion to re-elect Ed Crelin as DRB Chairman, Larry Miller seconded. Approved.  

John West made a motion to approve the minutes from the hearing on September 21st, Larry Miller 2^nd. Passed by all.  

Public Hearing for William Lohsen Opened 7:10
Permit # 06-10  

2 lot subdivision: 15.3 acres to be Lot 1 of 12.55 acres and Lot 2 of 2.75 acres which is to be serviced by a shared 20’ wide Right of Way located at 1934 Rte 140W, Wallingford , Vermont .  

Application, Site plan and State of Vermont Wastewater System and Potable Water Supply Permit WW-1-2093 were reviewed.  

There were no interested parties present and no objections presented.  

John West made a motion to approved Subdivision Permit No. 06-10 as presented. Larry Miller 2^nd. Approved.  

7:30 pm Ed Crelin adjourned the meeting.
