 MINUTES OF THE PRUDENTIAL COMMITTEE 
SPECIAL MEETING
 January 22, 2007

8:00 a.m.

Agenda - Set 1^st Quarter Billing Rates

Chris Rabtoy called the meeting to order at 8:10 a.m.   Also present was Chris McPhee, John Shaw and Clerk/Treasurer Stephanie Biagini.   

The committee met to discuss setting the rates for Water and Sewer 2007 1^st Quarter Billing.  

The Treasurer compiled a report breaking down the 2007 Water/Sewer budget and household water usage.  The rate was figured out to be the following; $2.54/water and $3.61/sewer.  

Chris Rabtoy made the motion to accept the rate of $2.54 per thousand for Water Usage. Seconded by Chris McPhee (3 Yes, 0 No)  

Chris Rabtoy made the motion to accept the rate of $3.61 per thousand for Sewer Usage.

Seconded by John Shaw (3 Yes, 0 No).

The committee discussed the Fire Protection tax that was to be included in the 1^st Quarter bill.  Chris Rabtoy made a motion to have the Fire Protection Tax added to either the 2^nd or 3^rd Qtr bill at this time.  Chris McPhee seconded the motion (3 Yes, 0 No).

ADJOURNMENT:

Chris McPhee made the motion that the meeting be adjourned. Chris Rabtoy seconded the motion.  Motion so carried. (YES 3, NO 0).  Meeting adjourned at 8:45 a.m.
