Wallingford Fire District No. 1 MINUTES OF THE PRUDENTIAL
COMMITTEE MEETING Called to Order:
Scott Sendra called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Also present
were Alicia Sharp and Maureen Duchesne Clerk/Treasurer. Visitors: None Approval for
Minutes: Scott made a motion to approve the minutes with one
small correction and it was seconded by Alicia.
With no further discussion the motion carried (2/0). Approval for the
Fire District Pay Order: Scott made a motion to approve the pay orders
and Alicia seconded the motion. Motion carried (2/0). Old Business:
Scott was going shopping on Friday to buy the snow blower for the sewer
plant. The hot water tank at the fire house has been replaced and
the repairs to the office are being worked on. The signed memorandum came back from Efficiency Vermont and
Alicia is going to start working on the next process that has to be done for the
new The budget meetings have been set with the lodge/general on
Dec. 8th at 5:30, the fire on Dec. 10th at 6:00 and the
water/sewer for Dec. 13th at 6:00.
The water/sewer budget meeting may have to change due to a conflict with
some of the board members. New Business: The lodge rates for 2012 were discussed and with only a few changes made a motion was made by Scott and seconded by Alicia to except the changes. With no further discussion motion carried. (2/0) Public Comments: None Other
Business/Announcements: None Executive Session: None Next Meeting: The
next regularly scheduled meeting of the Prudential Committee will be December 8,
2010 at 6:00 P.M. at the Wallingford Fire Station on Adjournment:
Scott made the motion that the meeting be adjourned.
Alicia seconded the motion. No
further discussion. Motion carried
(2/0). The meeting adjourned at 7:10
