Meeting called to order at

Minutes: Keith
made a motion to approve minutes of October 17.
Lisa seconded the motion. Motion
passed unanimously. Lisa made a
motion to table the approval of the September 12 minutes until we can review a
proposal that Chuck put together. Keith
seconded the motion. Motion passed
unanimously.
Budget: Joyce
clarified our questions regarding the budget.
We determined the amount of expenses for lake and recreation.
Resurfacing basketball court is almost $4000 and the tennis
courts are under $8000. To do both
together is 10,550.
Tentative Next meeting date is December, 2007.
