Wallingford Fire District No. 1

 MINUTES OF THE PRUDENTIAL COMMITTEE MEETING
May 27, 2009

Called to Order:  Scott Sendra called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.   Also present was Charlie Baker, Dennis Stocker, and Maureen Duchesne/Clerk-Treasurer.  

Visitors: No Visitors.  

Approval for Minutes:  Charlie made a motion and Dennis seconded that the minutes for May 13, 2009 be accepted as presented. With no discussion motion carried. (3/0)

Approval for the Fire District Pay Order:  Scott made a motion and Charlie seconded that the pay orders be accepted. With no discussion motion carried. (3/0)  

Old Business:  No Old Business.  

New Business:  It was brought up that the office would look into getting the Fire District a credit card for emergency use. Dennis made the motion and Charlie seconded that we try for a credit card. Motion carried. (3/0)  

Public Comments:  None.  

Other Business/Announcements: None.

Executive Session: None.  

Next Meeting:  The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Prudential Committee on Wednesday, June 10, 2009, will be cancelled due to Mill River Graduation.  The next meeting will be June 24, 2009 at 6:00 P.M. at the Wallingford Fire Station on Railroad Street.  

Adjournment:  Scott S made the motion that the meeting be adjourned.  Charlie B seconded the motion.  No further discussion.  Motion carried (3/0).  The meeting adjourned at 6:20 P.M.
