Call
to Order: The
meeting was called to order at
9:15 a.m.
FY
2009 Budget
The board and the Superintendent discussed various
elements of the draft budget. The budget sums were finalized.
Ken made a motion, and
David seconded, to adopt a warning as presented by the Superintendent including
an operating budget of $2,502,145.
In
discussion relating to the motion, Diane expressed strong reservations about
staffing patterns and salaries in some areas.
The motion passed
unanimously.

made a motion, and Diane seconded the motion, to adjourn. It passed unanimously
and the board adjourned at
10:02 p.m.
