Old Business:  Maureen stated she had called CVPS and found that the bill we all had a question as to what it was for is the siren that is in the Town Hall.

Dennis told the board that they may have someone who will inspect the van for this year with a little work on it so they are looking to get the work done, but have been told it will not pass next year.

New Business:  The board went over the Warning for the annual meeting and all looks good so Maureen will post it tomorrow.

Maureen went over the information she had as to the break-in at the sewer plant.  We have filed a claim with the insurance, and we do have to get several things replaced and some repairs done soon.

The flow meter at the sewer plant is no longer working properly and the estimated cost to get a new one is $2,000.  Dennis made the motion that we have Jesse order the flow meter and have it replaced, it was seconded by Scott.  With no more discussion motion carried (3/0).

The board was informed that the tractor to do the sidewalks has again broken down and Dale is working at getting the parts to get it fixed as soon as possible.  The board had some discussion that maybe it was time to invest in a new tractor and stop spending the money to try and keep this one going all the time.  Dennis made a motion that we look into and purchase a new tractor, it was seconded by Alicia.  With no further discussion the motion carried (3/0).  Scott will go look at different ones and get prices for next meeting.
